If you are a student in Food and Nutrition it may be time to start thinking about your future, and because of this you want to be confident in your applications. The deadline for dietetic internship applications is just around the corner, and the competition is fierce. Becoming a registered dietician takes a lot of hard work and you want your application to show off your dedication over the past four years. On Thursday, November 3rd come to the One-Stop Resume Shop hosted by your SLC Career Peers in the auditorium from 10:00am-12:00pm. We will help improve your resume while meeting the application standards. By giving advice on formatting, style and accomplishment statements, your resume will be better than ever before! With the growing interest in healthy eating and its preventative measures, the need for dietitians is increasing. This, however, does not guarantee you a job but instead increases your competition. An organized and well written resume will help you stand out from the crowd while demonstrating your credentials. The Career Peers will give you tips to ensure your resume is at its best, making you ready to apply, and confident in your application. Get a head start and take the pain out of apply by coming to the One-Stop Resume Shop Thursday, November 3rd 10:00am-12:00pm in the auditorium. Remember to bring a printed copy of your resume! We are looking forward to seeing you all there!
